IBC ATM Van Upgrade

Upgrade added the following features:

	Two new ATMs installed,
	reduced in height to fit
	required space
	New actuator arm installed
	in the ATM area to
	automate the movement
	of ATMs in and out of
	position
	New actuator arm installed on
	the roof sign to automate it's
	movement up and down
